Meet the Creator!

My name is Drew Mosser and I am 18 years old. While I have been enamored with perfomance consistently throughout my life, I have learned in recent years that my passion is to work in the television industry. I recognized this about myself through encountering shows that have portrayed strong Latina women, which was something I didn't even realize I didn't have access to until I got it. My journey to embracing my own ethnicity was one directly paralleled to my growing love of film, which is something I will be forever grateful for. While I am fortunate for the material I do have access to, what I have learned more than anything in this process is the true lack of representation in what we are indulging in on a daily basis. Since I am not in a place yet with my acting career to have a large platform and do this work directly, I decided I need to find a different outlet to promote change in the meantime. This blog will consist of tv reviews, as well as hopefully highlighting minorites working behind and in front of the camera as much as possible. I will generally speak most to the Latina point of view, since this is the one I am most equipped to speak for. However, I am always looking to be more informed and would love to share as many perspectives as possible. So, if you have a piece of work or a person that has changed your life, please let me know! I would love to acknowledge them and strenghthen this community as much as I can.
